Heavy Equipment Operator (Experienced Only) - Nashville, TN D&M Development is seeking highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operators with extensive experience operating dozers, excavators, and backhoes. This is a fulltime, yearround position with competitive pay and benefits. Minimum Requirements Candidates must meet ALL of the following: 10+ years of heavy equipment operating experience Proficiency with dozers, excavators, and backhoes Strong safety record and adherence to jobsite protocols Reliable transportation Must live in the Greater Nashville / Middle TN area Ability to pass an onsite skills assessment Preferred Experience Experience on largescale grading, excavation, or utility projects Ability to read site plans and follow grade stakes Experience with GPS or gradecontrol systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance Work with site supervisors to complete assigned tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Monday-Friday schedule (7am-4pm) Application Instructions To be considered, applicants must submit : List of equipment operated Years of experience on each Last 3 employers with dates Current city of residence Skills question: ' What size dozer have you run most recently, and what brand?
