Job Description

Overview

The Nuna Group of Companies is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Multi Operators with a background in large earthworks construction and mining projects. The role involves working in remote locations primarily outdoors and maintaining a focus on safety and effective teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments.
  • Maintain equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements.
  • Complete production reporting and other required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
  • Operate heavy equipment as required and follow all safety protocols.

Required skills

  • Experience operating Loader, Dozer, Excavator, and Graders in road building, mining, or industrial settings.
  • Experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life.
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to incorporate HS&E concepts into work.
  • Experience with radio communications and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
