Job Description

Overview

Nuna Group of Companies is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Multi Operators for large earthworks construction and mining projects. The role involves operating various heavy equipment while ensuring safety and compliance on-site, in a rotational work schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments
  • Maintain equipment in good operating condition and report/log maintenance requirements
  • Complete production reporting and necessary documentation
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members
  • Operate additional heavy equipment as required
  • Follow all site, company, and client specific safety protocols, policies, and procedures

Required skills

  • Experience operating Loaders, Dozers, Excavators, and Graders
  • Background in road building, mining, and/or industrial settings
  • Familiarity with rotational schedules and remote camp life
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to incorporate HS&E concepts into work activities
  • Experience with radio communications and protocols
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
