Job Description

Overview

The Nuna Group of Companies is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Multi Operators for large earthworks construction and mining projects in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This role involves operating various heavy equipment, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety protocols in remote locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-trip and walk-around safety inspections
  • Complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments
  • Maintain equipment and report maintenance requirements
  • Complete production reporting and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Operate other heavy equipment as required
  • Follow site, company, and client safety protocols

Required skills

  • Experience operating Loader, Dozer, Excavator, and Graders
  • Familiarity with rotational schedules and remote camp life
  • Incorporation of HS&E concepts into work activities
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with radio communications and protocols
