Job Description Job Description This position is ideal for experienced candidates with backgrounds as a:Heavy Equipment Mechanic Diesel Mechanic Hydraulic Mechanic Construction Equipment Mechanic Field Service Mechanic Heavy Equipment Technician Diesel Technician Equipment Technician Crane MechanicWe are hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic with strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience to join our team in Doral, FL.This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanic who has hands-on experience working with heavy construction equipment, diesel equipment, hydraulic systems, cranes, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, graders, dump trucks, and similar machinery.The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter who can diagnose mechanical and hydraulic problems independently and perform repairs both in the shop and at customer jobsites.Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this position.What You'll Be Working OnYou may work on equipment including:ExcavatorsCranesWheel loadersBulldozersBackhoesGradersDump trucksConstruction equipmentDiesel-powered heavy equipmentHydraulic-powered machineryResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipmentDiagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrohydraulic problemsTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hoses, and fittingsPerform repairs on excavators, cranes, loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, graders, dump trucks, and similar machineryRead and interpret hydraulic schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and service informationPerform hydraulic pressure and flow testingPerform preventive maintenance and equipment inspectionsComplete fluid and filter changes, hose replacement, hydraulic system repairs, and system flushingDiagnose mechanical and equipment performance problemsPerform field-service repairs at customer locations and jobsites when neededMaintain accurate service and repair recordsCommunicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team membersFollow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelinesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Field Service Mechanic, or Hydraulic Mechanic experienceStrong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experienceBilingual English/Spanish requiredHands-on experience repairing heavy equipment or construction equipmentStrong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience with hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hoses, and fittingsAbility to read hydraulic schematics and technical diagramsAbility to use diagnostic tools and equipmentAbility to work independentlyValid driver's license requiredComfortable performing field-service repairs when necessaryPreferred ExperienceExperience working with equipment or manufacturers such as:Caterpillar / CATJohn DeereKomatsuCASEVolvoJCBBobcatKubotaManitowocGroveTerexGenieJLGExperience with diesel engines, construction equipment, hydraulic systems, mobile equipment, or crane repair is highly desirable.ASE, Caterpillar, Parker, Eaton, diesel, hydraulic, or heavy-equipment certifications are preferred but not required.Compensation$40.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience.Qualified candidates with strong heavy-equipment and hydraulic experience are encouraged to apply.ScheduleMonday-Friday6:00 AM-3:00 PMFull-TimeLocationDoral, FloridaIf you have strong heavy-equipment repair experience, understand hydraulic systems, and are bilingual in English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.Apply today for immediate consideration.
