EquipmentShare is seeking a Heavy Equipment CDL A Driver to join their team in Temperance, Michigan. This role focuses on transporting heavy equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all transportation laws and regulations. Key responsibilities

  • Operate vehicles according to state and federal transportation laws
  • Transport loads safely and in a timely manner
  • Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods and materials
  • Maintain signed invoices and paperwork for deliveries
  • Facilitate routine service on trucks
  • Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimal loading patterns
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Required skills

  • CDL A driver's license or chauffeur's license
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain focused in a busy environment
  • Experience with transportation safety and logistics management
