Job Description

Overview

The HSE Manager at Noble Casing Inc is responsible for fostering a robust safety culture across all company operations, including Casing, Drilling, Trucking, and Well Services. This role collaborates with management and employees to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while driving improvements in safety performance and reducing workplace risks.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture throughout all operations
  • Conduct regular field visits, facility inspections, and audits to identify hazards
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and training materials
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental HSE requirements
  • Lead incident investigations and support corrective action processes
  • Monitor and track HSE performance metrics
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and ongoing safety training programs
  • Maintain HSE records and documentation for compliance
  • Assist with environmental compliance efforts
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety performance

Required skills

  • 5+ years of HSE experience within the oil and gas industry
  • Experience in drilling, trucking, casing, or related operations
  • Proficient in incident investigations and conducting HSE audits
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and DOT requirements
  • Experience with contractor compliance management systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% for field support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems and Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
