Role Description We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This individual will play a critical role in driving hiring efforts across a wide range of positions, including Medical Assistants (MA), Front Desk staff, Clinic Administrators, and corporate roles. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening, negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding logistics. This role requires strong partnership with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles including MA, front office, clinic operations, and corporate positions Source and attract candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities Manage candidate communications and guide them through the hiring process Negotiate offers and support onboarding documentation and processes Post and maintain job listings across multiple platforms Attend career fairs and networking events to build talent pipelines Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to track candidates and maintain accurate records Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through hire Qualifications 1+ year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house), preferably in a high-volume environment Experience recruiting for healthcare roles (MA, front desk, clinic admin, etc.) is a plus, but not required Experience supporting corporate hiring is a plus Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not required) Why join our team?
