Worxweb Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join their Cincinnati, Ohio-based team. This full-time, onsite role involves sourcing, engaging, and placing healthcare professionals while fostering relationships with candidates and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through various outreach channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates from initial contact through placement
  • Convert prospective candidates into active field staff and support assignment extensions
  • Serve as a point of contact for current field staff, handling inquiries and providing support
  • Manage administrative tasks including timesheet processing and candidate record maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs and deliver timely placements

Required skills

  • Prior experience in travel nurse recruiting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
