Description: Healthcare Recruiter (Clinical) Position SummaryThe Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles, including advanced practice providers (APPs). This role supports staffing needs across multiple care settings, including emergency departments, hospitalist programs, urgent care centers, and post-acute care facilities. The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare recruiting, understands clinical roles, and can effectively partner with leadership to meet evolving workforce demands. This position may also support broader human resources functions as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the majority of up to full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including: Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs) Other Healthcare professionals Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs across service lines (ER, inpatient, urgent care, post-acute)Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreachScreen candidates for qualifications, licensure, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needsEnsure compliance with credentialing requirements, licensing, and regulatory standardsTrack and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and start-date alignmentMonitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and identify areas for improvementRepresent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and recruiting eventsAssist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hiresPerform additional HR-related duties as assigned (e.g., employee onboarding support, basic HR administration, coordination with payroll/benefits) Requirements: QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred2-5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience requiredExperience recruiting for clinical roles (physicians, APPs, or allied health) strongly preferredFamiliarity with credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance requirementsProficiency with recruiting and HR platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and PaylocityDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn new software systems for recruiting, onboarding, and HR functionsCore CompetenciesStrong understanding of healthcare roles and clinical environmentsAbility to recruit across multiple specialties and care settingsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHigh sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple open rolesStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability with technology and new systemsData-driven mindset with attention to recruitment metricsPreferred ExperienceRecruiting in multi-site or multi-specialty healthcare organizationsExperience with high-volume staffing environmentsKnowledge of workforce planning and provider staffing modelsExposure to value-based care or care coordination modelsWork Environment & ExpectationsFast-paced, high-growth healthcare organizationCollaboration with clinical leadership and operations teamsAbility to adapt to changing staffing priorities and expansion into new service linesHybrid or remote work may be available depending on organizational needsSuccessful IncumbentTime-to-fill for key rolesQuality of hire and retention ratesCandidate pipeline strengthHiring manager satisfactionOffer acceptance ratesCompensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPId1d9fcba16a3-7219
