We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and execute critical initiatives across our care communities. In this role, you will manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, operations, and IT to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance resident care. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, scoping, and implementation of healthcare-related projects, defining clear milestones, tasks, and resource requirements. Coordinate cross-functionally with clinical leaders, department heads, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely project delivery. Monitor project performance using KPIs, proactively manage risks, and implement corrective actions to keep timelines on track. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and documentation, providing regular status reports to executive stakeholders. Facilitate change management and training for staff when introducing new operational workflows, systems, or healthcare technologies. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: 3 5 years of project management experience, specifically within a healthcare, hospital, or senior living environment. Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum certification is highly preferred. Communication: Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. Tools & Workflow: Proficiency with project management software (such as Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project) and standard healthcare software systems. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $85,000.00 $105,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
