Overview

Lumina Advisors is looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Project Manager to oversee critical initiatives across care communities. This role involves managing projects from conception to completion, collaborating with clinical staff, operations, and IT to enhance operational efficiency and resident care.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scoping, and implementation of healthcare-related projects
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with clinical leaders, department heads, and external vendors
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and manage risks to keep timelines on track
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and documentation
  • Facilitate change management and training for staff on new workflows and technologies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare, hospital, or senior living environment
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project) and healthcare software systems
