Overview

Lumina Advisors is looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Project Manager to lead and execute vital initiatives across their care communities. This role involves managing projects from conception to completion while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and resident care.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scoping, and implementation of healthcare-related projects.
  • Coordinate with clinical leaders, department heads, and external vendors for project alignment.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and proactively manage risks.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, providing status reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate change management and staff training on new workflows and technologies.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare or senior living environments.
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software like Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
