Overview

The Health Attendant Supervisor at Marriott International will oversee activities in the recreational facility, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests while promoting a fun and engaging atmosphere. This role involves maintaining fitness equipment, providing assistance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise individuals on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
  • Wipe down fitness center machines and remove towels, trash, and debris
  • Maintain supply of cups and water in recreation area
  • Distribute lockers and towels to guests
  • Provide information about available recreation facilities and activities
  • Promote safety rules and regulations of the recreation facility
  • Train hourly employees on core values and job responsibilities
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
