Overview

We are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join a Health and Benefits Sales team located in Denver, CO. In this hybrid role, you will develop innovative sales strategies to address challenges in employee benefits, healthcare, financial security, and career development for employers and their employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a large book of business of complex or high-yield accounts.
  • Conduct frequent sales presentations, calls, and meetings.
  • Create sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Lead complex account processes from identification to closing.
  • Manage research efforts on markets and industries to identify new accounts.
  • Interface with account representatives to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional relationships to facilitate market penetration.
  • Participate in professional organizations and attend relevant conferences.

Required skills

  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong track record of achieving sales goals
  • Experience in employee benefits for companies with 1000-5000 employees
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits or Health and Benefits consulting
  • Strong network access to C-suite executives
  • Life and Health License
