Overview

The Head of Physical AI Business Development at OnRobot A/S will serve as a business architect to launch the company into the Physical AI Training market. This role focuses on driving sales of OnRobot's hardware into AI training facilities and humanoid robotics companies worldwide, while also collaborating with R&D to develop the next generation of instrumented hardware.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales of OnRobot's hardware in the Physical AI Training market
  • Engage customers to demonstrate OnRobot's data logging capabilities
  • Map and cultivate relationships with industry pioneers globally
  • Define go-to-market strategy and build the sales pipeline
  • Translate customer data requirements into product features
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Teams on innovative hardware solutions
  • Target a substantial sales pipeline over the first 24 months
  • Communicate with C-level executives on business strategy

Required skills

  • Extensive experience in business development and sales strategy
  • Technical understanding of robotics or advanced manufacturing
  • Experience with complex international sales
  • Knowledge of the Physical AI concept
  • Strong network in robotics industry
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel globally (approximately 70-100 days per year)
