Overview

Ironclad Harley-Davidson is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their fast-growing team in Portsmouth, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, guide them through the motorcycle buying process, and build long-term relationships in a high-volume dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and build rapport to guide them through the motorcycle buying process
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson models
  • Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and customization options
  • Collaborate with Finance, Parts, and Service for a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in dealership events and community activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom

Required skills

  • Previous sales experience (automotive, powersports, retail, or hospitality) preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain
