Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Project & Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and allocate resources for a team of ATE technicians. Drive the execution and data collection for packaged SOCs, ensuring targets for test time, yield, and coverage are met. • Engineering & Test Support: Support and oversee critical engineering activities, including testing, test program validation, and hardware checkout. • Hands-On Technical Guidance: Oversee and assist with ATE setup and testing using Advantest V93000 (Verigy 93K) testers. Perform or guide the team in making load board setups to ensure full functionality for testing. • Lab Operations & Equipment Maintenance: Manage daily ATE lab operations. Ensure the strict calibration and preventative maintenance of all test equipment and lab tools to minimize downtime. • Hardware Logistics & Tracking: Take full ownership of hardware maintenance and logistics. Manage the storage, tracking, and maintenance of load boards, test samples (silicon), and various socket in the lab. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Product Engineering and Operations, to align test strategies with product roadmaps and manufacturing requirements. Required Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. • Experience: 7+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, lab management, or technical project management. • Leadership: Proven track record of directly managing or leading large technical teams (20+ members) in a lab or test floor environment. • Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Advantest V93000 (Verigy 93K) testers and specifically the SmarTest 8 environment. Lab & Hardware Skills: Proficiency in using standard lab equipment (Plungers . Chillers, Thermal Control Systems, Sockets ,etc).
