Job Description

Overview

Raytheon is seeking a motivated Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to oversee Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) development for a major Naval Air Missiles program. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and testing of complex systems, while also identifying and managing any associated risks.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HWIL IPT throughout all project phases
  • Oversee system integration activities within HWIL facilities
  • Conduct troubleshooting and failure investigations within HWIL facilities
  • Generate requirements, statements of work, and verification plans for HWIL design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals
  • Define project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements with Program Manager
  • Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support proposal development for future HWIL projects

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Integration experience with hardware, software, and/or firmware
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, and MATLAB
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Active and transferable U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Knowledge of electronics design and data analysis
  • Familiarity with networking and IP-based equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting with test equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
  • Understanding of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and Agile methodologies
