Overview

The Hamilton County Supportive Housing Team Leader at the Helen Ross McNabb Center plays a crucial role in managing daily activities and services for clients in the supportive housing program. This position emphasizes client involvement in daily living skills and recovery-based concepts while ensuring efficient operation of the facility and quality care supervision for staff and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily activities for clients to encourage daily living skills and recovery concepts
  • Supervise and support Mental Health Technicians and ensure quality of client care
  • Conduct weekly and monthly staff supervision and documentation
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and therapeutic support for clients
