As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.Job Summary:The Gym Manager is a part-time to career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. Typically, the Gym Manager reports directly to the owners of a specific The Little Gym location.Responsibilities:Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methodLead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to noneManage day-to-day operationsHire, manage, and oversee the training of staffMaintain facility and equipmentSell The Little Gym program to new customersQualifications:A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plusCustomer service experienceManagement experienceExcellent time management skillsGreat attitude and strong work ethicLove to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smileAs a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
