The Guest Services Representative at Wild Rose Entertainment is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to all visitors at the Wild Rose Casino & Hotel. This part-time role includes assisting guests with various transactions, promoting amenities, and resolving any complaints, embodying the culture of fun that the company promotes.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist players at the cage
  • Type, answer phones & record transactions accurately
  • Sign up new players and club members
  • Redeem member points
  • Promote property amenities
  • Participate in special functions
  • Resolve guest complaints
  • Perform other duties as assigned
