Overview

The Guest Services Representative at Wild Rose Entertainment is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to all visitors at the Wild Rose Casino & Hotel. This part-time position involves assisting players, managing transactions, promoting amenities, and resolving complaints, all while embodying the fun and vibrant culture of the establishment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist players at the cage
  • Type, answer phones, and record transactions accurately
  • Sign up new players and club members
  • Redeem member points
  • Promote property amenities and participate in special functions
  • Resolve guest complaints
  • Perform other duties as assigned
