The Guest Service Representative at Wild Rose Entertainment is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the casino. This role involves cash handling, interacting with guests and coworkers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general cashiering duties including counting back change
  • Verify accountability and previous count sheets
  • Transfer funds and conduct transactions with other departments
  • Interact effectively and professionally with guests and coworkers
  • Comply with Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act
  • Perform other duties as assigned
