Overview

The Guest Service Agent at Element New Orleans is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests at the front desk, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and delivering exceptional guest service throughout their stay. This role requires effective communication and multi-tasking skills to handle various responsibilities while ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs
  • Obtain information for room reservations
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and special events
  • Operate Front Desk computer system
  • Receive and distribute packages and messages for guests
  • Assist in emergency procedures as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Support coworkers in other areas of the hotel as needed

Required skills

  • Experience in a hotel or related field
