Overview

The Guest Relations Representative at Publicis Re:Sources will be part of the Facilities Management team, ensuring a clean and professional office environment for clients and employees. This role involves various tasks such as pantry cleaning, meeting room setup, and general office maintenance.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Facilities team in maintaining the office appearance
  • Restock and clean pantry
  • Receive merchandise and distribute to assigned floors
  • Restock copy room and minimal bathroom supplies
  • Provide pre/post meeting assistance including catering setup
  • Reset meeting rooms after meetings
  • Collect items from copy room and deliver to lost & found
  • Report overflowing trash to supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related area
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse internal and external groups
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
