Overview

AutoCamp is seeking a Guest Experience Associate in Asheville, North Carolina, to provide exceptional service to guests in a unique outdoor hospitality setting. This role involves greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and resolving inquiries and complaints to ensure a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner
  • Support guests with registration and accommodation assignments
  • Guide guests through check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Collect and distribute messages for guests
  • Manage reservations and cancellations according to procedures
  • Resolve guest complaints and assist with inquiries
  • Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor
  • Cross-train on Food and Beverage tasks
