In this remote position, you will assist in coordinating travel arrangements for various group experiences, including vacations and events, ensuring smooth and enjoyable planning for clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning and coordinating group travel arrangements
  • Research and organize accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers through email, phone, and online platforms
  • Maintain accurate records, itineraries, and booking information
  • Provide timely customer service and follow-up support
  • Help coordinate schedules and travel details for multiple travelers
