Description: The Group Living Lead is responsible for overall operations at the assigned department which includes performing duties in the areas of administration, operations, and programming. In addition, they must carry out various administrative duties for the home. The Group Living Lead works as a team member with Direct Support Professionals to create a home environment that facilitates individual learning and independence while enhancing each individual's dignity.
