Job Description

Overview

As a Group Home Program Supervisor at Sevita, you'll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your role will involve supporting staff and clients, implementing Individual Service Plans, and facilitating community involvement while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of caregivers and support individuals in the program
  • Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
  • Assist with administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
  • Provide daily support including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care
  • Ensure community involvement through outings and transportation for individuals

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year related work experience
  • Valid driver's license with car registration and auto insurance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to establish rapport with team members and those served
