Overview

Sevita is looking for a Group Home Program Supervisor in Washington, PA. This role involves mentoring and supervising a team of caregivers who provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring their daily needs are met while also overseeing administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
  • Supervise a team of caregivers
  • Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Administer medications to individuals receiving services
  • Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
  • Provide transportation and accompany individuals on community outings
  • Maintain staffing and schedules

Required skills

  • 1+ years of related work experience
  • Valid driver's license and driving experience
