This role oversees staff performance, resident care, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and quality assurance, while also providing direct care support when needed.The Site Manager serves as the primary leader of the home and works closely with the Area Director, HR, Quality Assurance, and external partners to ensure high-quality services aligned with Our House, Inc. and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) standards. Requirements: Essential Skills & Responsibilities Supervisory & Leadership Ensure direct care staff provide services aligned with residents' goals, objectives, behavior plans, and Individualized Habilitation Plans (IHP/ISP/ELP)Supervise, train, and evaluate residential staff; conduct orientation, assign duties, approve timekeeping, and administer corrective action as neededBuild staff potential through coaching, feedback, and developmentMake staff promotion, transfer, and demotion decisions in collaboration with the Area Director and HRServe as program on-call for staffing and program-related issues and provide coverage when necessaryHold monthly staff meetings and ensure residents participate in weekly house meetings Medication & Health Oversight Ensure medication administration complies with Our House, Inc. and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) policies and proceduresMeet monthly with pharmacy to review and approve medication deliveriesOversee residents' medical care, appointments, and follow-up in accordance with OHI policyObserve residents for health concerns and respond appropriately to medical needs Administrative & Compliance Maintain residents' daily records and documentation in approved electronic systemsDevelop, maintain, and update electronic client records and household filesSet annual residence goals with the Area Director and ensure timely completionMeet with licensing inspectors and correct deficiencies promptlyAttend monthly supervision with the Area Director and address identified areas for improvementAttend monthly Manager MeetingsAssist with policy revisions, train staff on updates, and report personnel matters to HR Financial & Program Management Manage resident funds in compliance with Medica
