Overview

NALS Apartment Homes seeks a Groundskeeper for their Centennial at 5th Apartments in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The role involves daily maintenance and upkeep of the apartment community, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain property grounds daily
  • Remove trash and debris from common areas
  • Clean and maintain barbeque grills and pools/spas
  • Assist in maintaining mail room and laundry rooms
  • Keep workplace and maintenance shop organized
  • Assist in turning vacant apartments
  • Maintain open communication with Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor

Required skills

  • Grounds maintenance skills
  • Pool maintenance skills
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina for lifting and prolonged standing
  • Good hand and eye coordination
