Overview

Whole Foods Market is seeking a part-time Grocery Team Member in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role involves supporting various functions such as stocking, inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service, all while contributing to the company's mission of improving food access and making a positive impact in the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure a fresh and appealing display by maintaining clean and well-stocked shelves
  • Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases
  • Monitor and prevent spoilage, communicating waste to appropriate team members
  • Assist with sampling programs and maintain cleanliness in sample areas
  • Complete required spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets
  • Assist with periodic inventory checks
  • Provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling techniques
  • Follow established health and safety procedures and regulations
  • Report safety hazards and violations immediately
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
