Overview

Whole Foods Market is looking for a Grocery Team Member to support various tasks in the grocery department, such as stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and providing excellent customer service. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to health and safety regulations while contributing to Whole Foods Market's mission of nourishing people and the planet.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping shelves clean and well-stocked
  • Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases
  • Monitor and prevent spoilage, reporting waste to supervisors
  • Assist with inventory checks and maintain back stock organization
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
  • Maximize sales through effective stocking and merchandising techniques
  • Comply with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
