Overview

As a Grocery Team Member at Whole Foods Market, you will support the grocery team by receiving and preparing products, maintaining displays, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities

  • Ensure fresh and appealing displays by maintaining clean and stocked shelves
  • Stock groceries, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases
  • Monitor and prevent spoilage, communicating waste to supervisors
  • Assist with the sampling program and maintain sample areas
  • Complete required worksheets for spoilage, sampling, and temperature
  • Assist with periodic inventory checks
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
  • Report safety hazards and violations immediately
