Overview

The Graphic Designer at Daniel Defense is responsible for enhancing the brand through advanced design execution across various platforms, including print and digital media. This role requires collaboration with leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions while maintaining brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of creative projects including campaigns, collateral, and packaging.
  • Oversee complex design projects from concept through final production with minimal supervision.
  • Strengthen and evolve brand standards to ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and external partners.
  • Create multimedia assets and prepare files for both print and digital delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and pursue continuous improvement in design quality.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of professional design experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Strong capability in motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere).
  • Advanced skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Understanding of firearms safety, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
