Overview

The Grain Production Worker - Seasonal role at Cargill involves supporting grain handling operations within the Ag & Trading enterprise. This position is crucial in maintaining the supply chain for grains and oilseeds, ensuring that essential products are delivered effectively and safely.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform loading and unloading of trucks and rail cars
  • Fill and reclaim grain ground piles
  • Conduct basic maintenance and operator care of equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
