Overview

Cargill is seeking a Seasonal Grain Production Worker in Fairmount, North Dakota, to support operations within their Ag & Trading enterprise. The role involves various grain handling tasks and maintenance duties, focusing on customer service and safety in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks and rail cars
  • Fill/reclaim grain ground piles and handle grain tasks
  • Conduct basic maintenance and operator care of equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
