Job Description

Overview

Cargill is seeking a Seasonal Grain Production Worker in Alberta, Minnesota, to support its Ag & Trading enterprise. This role involves working at the heart of the supply chain, managing grain handling operations and providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks and rail cars
  • Fill/reclaim grain ground piles and other grain handling tasks
  • Conduct basic maintenance and operator care of equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Age of 18 years or older
  • Ability to perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twistin
  • English communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
