Overview

Cargill is seeking a seasonal Grain Production Worker in Beardstown, Illinois. This role involves various grain handling tasks and basic equipment maintenance while ensuring safety and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars
  • Fill/reclaim grain ground piles and handle other grain tasks
  • Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
