Job Description

Overview

As a Grain Production Worker at Cargill, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations within our Ag & Trading enterprise. This seasonal position focuses on grain handling and facility operations, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and basic maintenance of equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars
  • Fill/reclaim grain ground piles and execute various grain handling tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform basic maintenance and operator care of equipment
  • Complete other duties as assigned
