Overview

The Grain Production Worker - Seasonal role at Cargill is focused on supporting the operations of grain handling and related tasks within the agricultural supply chain. This position emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety procedures while providing excellent customer service in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform facility operations such as loading and unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars
  • Fill and reclaim grain ground piles
  • Maintain equipment through basic maintenance and operator care
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
