Overview

Cargill is seeking a Grain Production Worker for a seasonal role in Decatur, Michigan. This position is part of the Ag & Trading enterprise and involves facilitating operations related to the receipt and shipment of grain products, as well as maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform facility operations such as receiving and shipping grain products
  • Conduct basic maintenance and operator care of equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
  • Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
