Overview

Cargill is seeking a seasonal Grain Production Worker in Alberta, Minnesota. This role is integral to the Ag & Trading enterprise, focusing on the facilitation of grain handling and customer service within the agricultural sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform facility operations such as loading and unloading trucks and rail cars
  • Fill and reclaim grain ground piles
  • Conduct basic maintenance and operator care of equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Manufacturing operations experience
  • Grain handling experience
  • Knowledge of safety procedures

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
