Overview

Custom Agri Systems Inc. is hiring a Grain Bin Repair Laborer to support the repair, maintenance, and construction of grain bins and agricultural storage systems across North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota. The role requires mechanical skills and a commitment to safety and quality service while working on-site at various locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the repair, maintenance, and construction of grain bins and grain handling systems
  • Perform bin sheet replacement, roof repairs, door repairs, and structural reinforcement work
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of conveyors, augers, fans, ladders, stairs, and related equipment
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and job site
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule
  • Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively at job sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned
