Job Description

Overview

The Graduate Leadership Development Program at Peckham Industries is a structured, 18-24 month rotational program aimed at cultivating future leaders within the materials businesses. Participants will engage in hands-on field experience across various functional areas including quarry operations and quality control.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote safety culture by adhering to company and OSHA policies.
  • Participate in structured rotations across materials operations.
  • Support quality control activities through material sampling and testing.
  • Engage in hot mix asphalt plant operations and maintenance.
  • Analyze operational data and key performance indicators for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to support customer needs.
  • Complete required training and mentorship activities for leadership preparedness.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining, Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
