Overview

Bezos.AI is seeking a Graduate Business Operations Associate to join their AI-native team in London. This role is integral to maintaining the flow of operations by resolving order issues and supporting sellers and partners while building skills and automations to improve efficiency in a fast-paced logistics platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Run daily cross-system checks and resolve order exceptions
  • Answer operational tickets and support sellers and partners
  • Build skills and automations using Claude to reduce repetitive work
  • Drive incremental improvements in tools and processes

Required skills

  • Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, maths, physics, computer science)
  • Comfortable with raw data and spreadsheets
  • Experience with Claude or similar AI tools to build skills
  • Reliable, coachable, and able to deliver on time
  • Fast learner of new tools and processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Light coding (Python, SQL) or no-code tooling experience is a plus
  • Internships or part-time work in relevant fields like consulting or e-commerce is a plus
