Job Description

Overview

Rose International is seeking two experienced GIS Technical Analysts/Developers in Houston, Texas for a duration of over 10 months. The role involves geospatial solution design, development, deployment, and support for projects focusing on Financial Optimization and GIS Modernization.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support geospatial solutions for projects
  • Create and publish geoprocessing tasks using model builder
  • Develop and maintain ESRI-based Python scripts
  • Manage and create ArcGIS services
  • Analyze, define, model, implement and maintain feature classes, feature datasets, and spatial views
  • Develop Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions
  • Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and implement materialized views
  • Work with REST APIs and manipulate data between services
  • Configure web sites and application pools in IIS
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports
