As the Varsity Volleyball Head Coach, you will lead the volleyball program that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct daily practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship - Develop game strategies and make necessary adjustments during games - Attend all games and tournaments, both home and away - Provide leadership and guidance to assistant coaches and team members - Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes respect, hard work, and dedication - Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and school administration Requirements: - Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level - Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to motivate and inspire team members - Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture - Schedule flexibility to attend team practices and functions ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
